"The donation is from my brother Charles (who used to live in Cattsfield) but now lives in the Isle of Man, and myself to thank God, for our dear parents and our happy family life. They are buried in the Churchyard, - Charles and Hilda Dennis. Father died in December 1974 and Mother in February 1999 and. we would like them to be included in the Book of Commemoration.
"They were both at one time members of the PCC and attended Stutton Church regularly. To this end I send you a photograph of them both on holiday in Benidorm late 60's or early 70's. We have more recent photographs of Mother but feel they should appear in the book as a couple at a time when villagers may recognise them. They used to live in the bungalow known as Pyefleet in Church Roa4 but has been renamed White Briar (or similar I think). It is between David & Margaret Coleman and the Parks (now deceased)."
