| Address | Utopia, manningtree Road, Stutton, Suffolk. |
We live in Utopia - one of the oldest houses in the village. Steve carefully restored the cottage, after we moved here in 1988. For Louise, it was a case of moving back, as she grew up in Stutton and her family live at the Grove. For Steve, it was a case of blazing a trail - his parents moved to Bay Tree Farm a few years later.
Steve now has a workshop at Bay Tree Farm. He repairs woodwind instruments as well as undertaking various commissions in wood - making everything from picture frames to church notice boards. He also plays the bassoon in a wind ensemble and a folk band.
Louise works partly as a presenter for BBC Radio 3 and partly as an audio describer, adding commentaries to plays, films and tv programmes to make them more accessible for people who are blind or visually impaired. She is Chair of Governors at Stutton Primary School.
Tom goes to Holbrook High School, plays the saxophone, enjoys Warhammer and has just taken up the electric guitar.
Kezia goes to Stutton School, plays the recorder and likes horse riding.
We have a cat, two goldfish and several hives full of bees.
