Help and understanding
To be pregnant can be a wonderful thing but an unexpected pregnancy, particularly if you are young or ill equipped to handle it, can be a confusing and frightening time.
Who can you talk to? Where can you get a listening ear and really useful help while you come to terms with that's going on?
A visit to Perspectives Pregnancy Crisis Centre doesn't have to be on your own. Your partner is welcome to attend with you or perhaps a friend or relation.
Perspectives could be the answer. We listen, we can help and understand in the crisis of the unknown. We can see you through the emotional upheaval. It's somewhere to turn for sympathetic support from people you trust.
We offer free pregnancy tests.
We'll go on offering help and support whatever decisions you make because we recognise the long term implications of the life choices you make at this time.
Crisis time?
Being pregnant may not be your crisis. Facing abortion or miscarriage all create their own difficulties.
Perspectives is here to help. Sometimes all we do is listen. On other occasions, we can direct you to the best professional help. Most of all we are there to befriend.
Always, we aim to support you and offer the personal and emotional support you need.

Choices
You don't need to make rash decisions. You do need to weigh up the choices and have all the information available. Perspectives will only help you through, we won't pressurise you. It's free, it's confidential and provides essential time and space. So whatever your needs in this area, give us a call or drop into the centre on Wednesday or Friday for a chat.
