The Sole Bay Team Ministry consists of twelve parishes and their associated communities located either in or very near to the Suffolk Coast and Heaths. This area has retained a relatively tranquil atmosphere and gives the impression that many of this century's changes have passed it by. Its towns are not commercialised, many parts remain wild and exposed and there are many villages that date back to before the Doomsday book. The Suffolk coast and Heaths area is an amazing mixture of shingle beaches, crumbling clifs, marshes, esturies, heathland, forests and farmland. It is a special place full of beauty and history.
