IMPORTANT ELEMENTS OF THE
WORK
Research
Project
All who have been ordained or licensed work on a project about
ministry through the pastoral offices of baptism or funeral. The
work agreement for this first year needs to make a choice of one
of these two, and enough time left for study and writing. This
piece of work helps you reflect on the theology and practice of
ministry in these areas and your taking up the role in them.
Parish
Profiles
These are an opportunity to briefly describe the church and wider
communities and the personal and theological joys and challenge
of working there. They help others in the group understand your
setting and grow in support of one another.
Case
Studies
These describe an actual event and work at the theological and
inter-disciplinary learning around them.
