Continuing Ministrial Education 1-4
Continuing training and ministry development is important for all who are in ministry in the church. CME 1-4 through training days and review of ministry assists in this task for Readers, ordained and acknowledged ministers. Events are put on for them and other members of their Ministry Team to encourage shared reflection and growth.

Within the diocese the CME officers are beginning to work at a degree level course [BTh] working on the following modules:
Understanding Public Ministry
Scripture in Public Ministry
Mission and Leadership in Public Ministry
While these are being introduced through CME 1-4 it is hoped they might be accessible on a wider basis at a later date.
