seek a new incumbent who will;
Continue the current style of churchmanship that is practised
in this parish.
Work with, encourage and support the existing collaborative parish
ministry team.
Work with, encourage and support the existing collaborative parish
administration team, social committee and other parish organisations.
Continue and develop the established good relationships that exist
between ourselves and other churches in particular through “Churches
Together in Felixstowe"
working alongside and in collaboration with other Church of England
parishes in the Deanery
whilst maintaining the ethos and distinct identity of this parish
Maintain St. Edmunds church as an important part of this parish
Support the P.C.C.'s wish for this parish to be used as a training
parish for Curates.
Strive to increase the congregation especially younger adults
and children
Help us to achieve our goals set out in our 2006 Parish Plan relating
to the Five Marks of Mission
Help us develop the social / fellowship side of parish life.
