three parishes near to Mildenhall in West Suffolk look to grow
by welcoming a broadening age range, being more engaged in community
and becoming more committed disciples of Jesus.

between rural and urban life and is willing to adapt to these
differences. |

to work collaboratively with the existing ministry team of
an Ordained Local Minister and a Lay Reader. |

person with the imagination to discern the proper pastoral
arrangement with neighbouring parishes. |
