The Last Letter from Clare
How to say goodbye? Not easy! The one thing I do want to say is that goodbye means “God be with you” and that is my prayer for you all, church goers or not. I pray that you may know God’s presence, power and peace deep within you and that his indwelling of you may enable you to live and love more deeply than you ever dares or hoped for.
Thank you for your love, your friendship, kindness and generosity, for the way you have welcomed me into your homes and the hospitality we have all received.
The exact future is an unknown one but know that “God is with you” and he goes before you.
There will be an “open house” at Grundisburgh Rectory between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on July 23 rd if you would like to see us in our new home - do pop in.
Directions from Otley: ignore turning into Grundisburgh village on the right hand side. Just beyond that is Half Moon Lane (also on your right) – ignore that as well. Almost straight ahead is a small cul-de-sac on a sharp bend with a notice board on the corner. Turn down here and the Rectory is at the far end.
